Phila. man shot because family talked during movieA South Philadelphia man enraged because a father and son were talking during a Christmas showing of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button took care of the situation when he pulled a .380-caliber gun and shot the father, police said. This is the movie theater I frequent. There was almost a riot there once when some guy really didn't like 28 Days Later. I disagreed with him, I enjoyed it, but he was pretty adamant about it, so I didn't say anything.

I would have had 3/19/95 on the list for the time the boys debuted "Unbroken Chain" and when I saw Vince Welnick from The Tubes turn into a pack of butterflies right on stage.

That's why I grew a beard, Lamont. To cover the neck tattoo.

David Gest. I know he's last decade's news, but we were discussing him at work, and I thought of this thread right away.

I really hope to never hear about this kid again. He's fourteen! It doesn't matter what he thinks about ANYTHING.

He should get together with that brat who is leading the campaign against swearing. I bet they'd LOVE each other.
