While I said he was an alleged racist, I still owe him a massive apology. There is an actor named Denzel Whitaker in THE GREAT DEBATERS. It was not The Movie Boy mashing together two actors names. This is my mistake, and I do apologize sincerely. Whatever problems I have with his site have nothing to do with this situation, which I take the blame for.

The weird thing is that he was actually cast in a movie that stars both Denzel Washington and Forest Whitaker. I think a bunch of people got thrown by that.

Hmm, now looking at imdb I see he was cast by Denzel Washington to plays Forest Whitaker's son in the movie, though he's not his son in real life.
He's 17, was named after Denzel Washington, and made his debut in Training Day

I posted that movie boy list here and obviously made the same mistake. Oops.

So great, now I feel racist because movie boy was too cool to include Denzel Washington and Forest Whitaker in his 80-item nomination list.
Stupid movie boy.

....but by my count, that is the first mistake you've made since you said Joanna Newsom was horrible.

In any case:

In any case:

did Tom officially take back a statement that Joanna Newsom is horrible? or is that your own opinion.

because she's worse than horrible.

Don't worry, you might still be able to get away w/ calling Diablo Cody racist:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Juno is talking on the phone to Leah, she says, "It's Morgan Freeman. I was wondering if you had any bones that need collecting." Morgan Freeman didn't play in "The Bone Collector". Denzel Washington did.

He's still in The Hate Pit. That was the first time I heard about The Hate Pit is when you threw him in.

I think it was because of his review of Spider-Man 3 when he said "Kirsten Dunst (2006's "Marie Antoinette") slides back into the complicated and lovely creature that is Mary Jane Watson like a well-worn but not tattered glove."

I really like his insistence to remind people of other films that everyone has been in, even if it's someone super famous.

Like Tom Hanks (2006's 'The Da Vinci Code')

Forest Whitaker's a good actor but he's no Yaphet Poitier.

Guess which critic is one of the three keeping http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0804492/ from having a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes?

Ugh.  And he gave it 2 1/2 stars, a higher rating than he gave Ratatouille.

Thanks for the heads-up on Movie Boy's latest . . . In not-Ebert and not-Ebert's review, no participant in that movie was left standing.

Maybe this will be addressed during the show tonight, if Tom can reconcile himself to generating more hits for MB and additional attention to Paris Hilton.
