Does this include things S & W had a direct hand in? On an episode of the Squidbillies that Jon Wurster worked on, Early called his signature demolition derby move "Rattlesnake At A Thai Wedding."  And there was also the issue of X-Men written by Matt Fraction where one of the characters wore the Newbridge Is For Lovers t-shirt.

And a slightly more abstract reference was PFT and ICP guest-starring on the same episode of ATHF, presumably a nod to the Gathering of the Juggaloes.
