I am sure this teeny tiny coctail will cost $12.00, possibly $15.00 -- limes don't grow on trees! They gotta charge me extra!
Okay, okay, I'll be fair. On multiple occasions (okay, two), I've asked for a ginger ale after a night of screaming at a raucous rock & roll show. The bartenders on both occasions were kind enough to slip me the little cup of soda for free.
