For those of u that don't know Alex Chilton of Big Star, Box Tops etc died on Wed.
I'm broadcasting an Alex Chilton retrospective on Saturday.
There's this House Rep Steve Cohen, who in the middle of a session did a short memoriam abt ALEX CHILTON!
It is mind blowing to hear him talk abt Chilton, Big Star, REM and the Replacements on the floor of congress.
Anyway i wanna play this clip on Sat. Does anyone know how to convert this youtube clip into a file that i can DL
(and then burn to a cd--- so it has to be something that can be played on a CD player not a computer box...if that makes sense)
EVen if u dont know how to do it u should check this clip out if u have ANY interest in Chilton
( and i bet this wont be a hot link, so u may have to copy and paste.
