Title: Can anyone ID this old twee song?

was on a tape an old friend made me from around 1991. Also on the tape was Velocity Girl, Heavenly, The Springfields, etc... any help would be much appreciated! I lost the track list years ago...

Have you tried Shazam'ing it? The Shazam app can name any song!

didn't show up on Shazam or the other app or the mp3 tag programs (I recorded from an old tape, so I figured the mp3 tags wouldnt work)

ha thanks! I sent it to a couple girls I know in tweeish bands and they couldn't place it. At my wit's end!
