"TBS? Very funny" is a marketing slogan for the American cable TV channel, TBS. There are not that many good shows on TBS, but it's sold in most basic cable TV packages, probably mostly because it's just been around a lot longer than many popular cable TV channels. This is sometimes the way American TV works. It's kind of crazy.
