My best guess.

"When my uncle was looking at my uncle glen let him rest in peace with his wifes prayers in a hash roll"

Poetry!

I'll try.

"You know my- my uncle was, like I was looking, my uncle Glen, let him rest in peace, was, like, vice president of Hasbro."

This was just what the doctor ordered.

Thank you.

Between 'my uncle' and 'let him rest in peace'  it sounds he's talking backwards.  Maybe he's inserting subliminal messages into his calls.

Honestly, more than a year later, all of these interpretations still sound in the ballpark, even though none of them make, you know, sense.

What a landmark achievement in unintelligibility!

Is this in the new intro? This should be in the new intro.

Vice President of Hasbro, for sure.

After a few dozen more listenings (!), I now think it's:

"You know my my uncle, was, like I was a little kid, my Uncle Glen, let him rest in peace, was like Vice President of Hasbro."

This interpretation actually makes some sense, so I'm now about 75% sure it's right.  But I can definitively tell you that have no desire to become a Stevieblueologist.

Any idea in which episode Tom played this soundclip repeatedly? Also, which episode is it from originally?

I pulled that sound clip from this thread for the final sound collage (though possibly Tom already had it in his arsenal.) It really was a sublime moment.

I stand by this interpretation:

"You know my my uncle, was, like I was a little kid, my Uncle Glen, let him rest in peace, was like Vice President of Hasbro."

There are no Hasbro vice-presidents named Glen, Has Bro. I checked the internet.

It's lightly implied that Uncle Glen is no longer with us. Look harder. If you have a time machine, set it for, say 1968 and Google it then.

The little "huh?" by Tom in the middle sells it.
