I've been digging through my twee collection lately, and I just noticed that the Bartlebees' comp "From Paths of Pain to Jewels of Glory" was put out by none other than 18 Wheeler Records. That, combined with the fact that you recently played the Siddeleys on your show, leads me to believe that their is a twee boy hiding under your gruff rock 'n' roll façade.

I don't like it... I LOVE IT.

Did you know that members of B & S deny the twee label? That makes me sad. EMBRACE THE TWEE. It's not a bad thing.

As if I had any doubt! Oh, you should check out Talulah Gosh, if you haven't yet. Check out the BBC radio sessions Sarah put out in '91. GOOD STUFF.
