Riot On The Dance Floor
« on: January 30, 2016, 02:13:42 AM »
Either I suck at google or this 2014 doc about City Gardens in New Jersey never got any kind of distribution. Is ordering a dvd directly from the filmmakers the only way to see this?

You do not suck at Google; you will have to get the DVD from the filmmakers, because all the indications are there that nobody picked Riot on the Dance Floor up for distribution - no pirated Dailymotion copies, no version of it cut into 15 minute chunks on YouTube.

Sorry.

That City Gardens book No Slam Dancing No Stage Diving No Spikes is worth a read too.
Seems like a lot of that history ended up in the original Hammerhead Wurster call, including the part about dudes who create chaos and then their parents sue the club for the injuries.
And Jon Stewart worked there (!?)

Crazy. Wouldn't watch via those latter two options anyway.
