I was on hold with my mechanic. And I noticed something weird about the
hold music. It was easy listening soft jazz. Except two soft jazz tracks playing
at once. Which made it less sacharine. Not good, but.. strange time signatures.
Similar enough instrumentation to make it difficult to tease apart the 'songs'.
Anyway I realized that I was now listening to the exact same sound that
one hears on all the late Frank Zappa Albums - the instrumental stuff.
So; the contest is "Zappa or 2 soft jazz cuts"? Or something more snappy.
Anything would be more snappy. It must be beheld to appreciate.
Worth about five minutes of solid radio. Tell tom. Somebody. Or not.
