Edit: I think they called it quits a year or two ago, though I might be mistaken.

They're definitely broken up, but (as far as I know) there was never an official announcement or point where it definitively happened- they just dropped off the last tour for unrelated reasons and never did anything again. Of course, I hardly have the inside scoop on that.
