The debunking of Joe Rogan was great.

By the way, I might be stupid, but how genuine was the Sam Seder call? It didn't quite feel like a bit, but it seemed an odd time and place for a professional broadcaster to air his dirty laundry.

Totally a bit, and in the same vein as the semi-regular calls he used to make to the show 5-6 years ago.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

Sam Seder is just a spectacular comedian. I would like to see him do comedy again, but he has made his choice...

OK, I wasn't listening then and I'm pretty unfamilair with the guy.

I liked Marc Maron's Todd Barry.

I knew we could find some common ground.

Maron's kind of a snob about doing impressions, but he's actually not a bad mimic on the rare occasion when he does such things.

The Marc Maron interview was amazing.  But as for the hardest laugh of the night for me:

Tom: "You sound more robotic than usual."
James: "I'll take that as a compliment."

It was kind of a 'flash impression', and yes, a good one.

It suddenly occurred to me this morning in response to Mike's question that the subject of suicide has been broached on the show before.  I specifically remember Tom at one point mentioning it briefly in relation to the being put in prison. I believe this was on a recent show.

"Rick Sanitarium" was pretty good.  It gets 1,670 Google hits, but that isn't awful.  Someday, Spike will come up with a parody name that no one has ever thought of before.  On that day, the universe will crawl up its own asshole and disappear.
