i liked the piano / drill / italian pop music and the midnight in paris / transformers collision.
I like that the Italian song was a cover of Crowded House's "Don't Dream It's Over."
I had to sing along (in English, mind you)
That's one of my mom's favorite songs. She says it reminds her of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, whoever they are.

Don Johnson starred in the '80s TV show MIAMI VICE. Melanie Griffith, now married to Antonio Banderas, starred in numerous films, including WORKING GIRL in the '80s. Don is Melanie's ex-husband. Her mother is Tippi Hedren, who starred in the Hitchcock films THE BIRDS and MARNIE in the 1960s.

Is is unlikely because, later in the show, Tom upped it to 4 years.

I guess you weren't listening by then.

For the love of God, not *two* "moi"s.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

That Heave Ho with the accusation of racism was also one of the best ever. Does anyone remember which Heave Ho Tom said was one of the flimsiest recently? I forgot already.

He accused a young man of being either Hanna or Barbara & shilling for the Flintstones when he mentioned he liked Flintstones' Brand Push-Ups.

Haven't heard this week's show, but mine was sort of half-hearted.

I ate at the Doug Fir Lounge. Felt kind of Atlantis-y.

Tom's overview of Pawn Stars, I've probably seen every episode of that dumb show.    He did a good Old Man, but Rick's laugh is not quite as maniacal.  It is more of a devious snicker.

Now i'll just be waiting for Tom's commentary on Storage Wars, i'm sure he could do a great Barry or Darrell impression.

I thought Amadaus did a pretty good job on the Paul Mccartney essay considering that Mcartney did that racist out take "No Pakistanis" back in the day.
