Did I read that right?  If they select you out of the literally oodles of brain-damaged freaks to perform at their little hootenanny, you still have to pay to get in?

Honestly, I found Larry's call delightful. I can't say it was the best moment, but was definitely one of them. He was his own version of subdude and polite. Ha!

I always do enjoy it, but I especially enjoyed the Mike Show this week.  When it came up in the podcast, I was a little sad, because I wanted to call in, but since he didn't take callers, I didn't feel so bad.  I can't get over how funny and interesting Aimee Mann is.

I loved Aimee's suggestion that the first step in getting you to like Larry was maybe to drop "the perv" from his name.

It certainly explains his attempt to transition into "Lawrence D. Pervason". I'm sure he cleans up really nice with a freshly ironed tux t-shirt.

I think it's spelled Pervison.

Been practicing writing it, Laurie?

Also, erika, if "subdude" was deliberate, hats off to the pun.

Gathering Bashed on "The Best Show"!: A ninja named  Sawed Off found a show online called  The Best Show. Last week's episode features Paul F. Thompkins, and for 25 Minutes, they discuss the recently released Gathering Infomercial. Here's the clip of JUST the discussion of that:

If you'd like to listen to the ENTIRE show, you can view their archives Right Here. What a bunch of douches...I sure do hope they come! You know they'd have the time of their lives, despite their ignorant criticism.
