This radio date is bound to be magic. In fact, we will all be getting lucky that night.
I've got 99 problems but a FOT ain't one.

There's no question Tom is the more talented impressionist.

Yes!  I'm always impressed by how his impressions sound both tossed-off AND pretty accurate...

He did, the second time to propose a radio date with Laurie--which Tom has decreed shall happen as her punishment for offending PFT.

I thought he called three times?  Once early, then later when he made the "Big Fan" joke, and then the third time when he made the "Laurie is my weakness and My Weakness is Strong" joke.  At least, it felt like a bunch of times.

I only remember two for sure. I didn't even know Oswalt's new special was called MY WEAKNESS IS STRONG until later on in the show, so I thought they were just commenting on how eloquent Larry was being.

Just thought this might be of interest:

As I was hearing the description, I was thinking, "That's not worth describing," but then he said the chicken was the bread and the whole thing came wrapped in tinfoil, and I laughed out loud at the stupidity of it.

It does take one's breath away, yes. I added Patton's Tetsuo line to the comment thread there. Somebody else had expressed interest in what he'd have to say about it.

Are you ever amused? I can't say I've ever heard an honest laugh from you during any of your calls. You are aware it's a comedy show, right? What parts of The Best Show make you laugh?

Yeah, I listened to the show again last night and it was only twice.

I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!
