Yeah, Michael from the Cynics isn't exactly a crowd pleaser with the calls.

I thought his call was interesting, but it seemed like a monologue.

Michael K is awright, but I do enjoy it when Tom makes fun of him. Tom cracked me up when he did some whispered commentary underneath Michael's non-stop rambling: "I guess he's just gonna keep on talking like this? How does he ... it's like circular, uh ... he's like the Rashaan Roland Kirk ... of talking".

So James Urbaniak will be calling on a regular basis now, right?

Also, Brookdale should put more effort into publicizing that James went there.

Um ... I"m not going to put words in Tom's or anybody else's mouth, but I was sort of glad that Doc wasn't there on Tues, and briefly wondered if it might've been on purpose. I should state that I do love Doc Hammer - the VB DVD commentary those two do is extremely funny, and Doc is very quick witted and can ad lib like a mofo. The problem I have sometimes is that he tends to dominate any sort of Venture Bros Q&A or commentary or anything like that b/c he's one of those guys that's always "on". He ends up talking 3/4 of the time and no one else gets much of a chance.

Well said and my thoughts exactly.

It sounds like he had fun calling in, anyway.

yes! French Woody Allen made me laugh pretty hard.

I'm in tears from "Je m'appelle Alvy Singer."

this was great, as was the Bayonne Bubble.

I look forward to Brock Samson battling the latest Venture Bros. villain, The Bayonne Bubble.

Hey guys, cut Michael K. some slack. He's from Pittsburgh. What do you expect?

I always knew that Brendan Benson was sketchy.
