TL's album title discussion and the Smashing Pumpkins tattoo talk - spawned lots of great chat moments too.

I wasn't aware of Nardwuar before last night - and having a moment where I wasn't sure if he was an actual guy or a JW character brought me back to those magical days of just discovering the Best Show. Ah, memories.

Nardwuar may be one of my favorite callers so far. The charisma!

Best moment/worst caller: "You're a shadow of a man!" Right up there with "You have a wit, but I'm not sure I'd call you funny."

Such an eloquent insult for someone with such literal tattoos.

The Brad Benson Hyundai commercials discussion was hilarious. I think they were played in the perfect order, too - just kept getting weirder and weirder.

Caller of the night was definitely the girl with the tattoo/Dylan dilemma. Any time the youth of today come to Tom for important life advice, it will be a good call. I also liked the caller with the story of how TL and the Get Ready To Meet My Little Friend shirt accidentally teamed up to end a relationship.

"Mike? Can you just teach him how to answer the phones? What? No, no, just show him you answer the phones. No reason. Just show him."

Oh, and worst parts: Obviously, the lack of updates from Newark, CA and their strange, tortilla-based food and Emma and Tom deciding to attack the greatest accent in the world and the only way to properly pronounce the word water. How dare both of you?

I really loved during the CBGB story when Ted Leo said, "Been there."

Side note: many people in Baltimore say "wooder" too. My family included. We also say "arnge" for orange.

Tom's Michael Richards impression. It came out of nowhere. It blew me away.

I know, the second she said it, my face lit up in delight because it was such a horrible thing to say. It's the kind of thing you say to your parents when they won't let you go out on a school night.

The 2nd worst train wreck in NJ history question, with the number showing in the photo that hit the next day, and everyone playing it, bankrupting all the bookies in the NJ/NYC area?

An awesome Mike Moment.

Wes is Canadian?  The only thing I know about Canada is Nadwuar.  Oh, and Rush.

What a great show.  The Smashing Pumpkins call was an obvious gem.  TL's photographic memory reminded me of that old SNL sketch with Paul Simon.

Do you guys think when Mike said the business proposition was "sure fire", that he meant he was sure something was going to be set on fire?
