Yeah, I did that 'ha ha ha now I can buy stuff I didn't get for Xmas in the 80s' thing, but it was not too satisfying, as many of the things kind of sucked.

I still haven't finished with the podcast, but the Tom's asking if the Church was Marty Willson-Piper's club made me laugh so hard I missed my subway stop.

I must have a dozen Church CDs.

They're one of my favorite bands, and I ******* spoiled the joke by checking this thread before listening to the podcast!  No other show but the best show will be making Ian MacKaye and The Church jokes within 2 minutes of each other.  Get out of my head, Tom!

The show's not over yet, but my favorite so far is "I am so in the fleece."

Oh my god, this is the greatest pairing. Wally and Fredericks need to keep this going for a long time.

Fantastic episode.

Loved Wally's sass, loved all the Freak Wharf plugs, LOVED Matt and Wally's duet, loved the gentleman from SC calling with the shaving tips, and loved Wally's impression of JfC. Wally's impression of me? Not bad... for a puppet.

But what you DIDN'T love was Andy from Bath trying to STEAL your British thunder, RIGHT?!

That guy was like the antithesis of thunder.

Great show! Wally's strong start (BOOM right out of the gate! I laughed the whole time) was my favorite part of the show. Good stuff!

And, having not been able to listen to the show live for the last few months, was quite happy to experience the lack of Spike this week. I had been fast forwarding through him on the archives for some time now... time for a break, buddy.

Don't get me started, Malmo.

That guy needs to hit the brakes a little bit.

Tyrone's call was the highlight of the show, IMO. His personal grooming tips were very useful.
