Very disappointed with Tom picking the H-Man over Wally. As we have seen there's always a chance for Wally to regain his position as the protege`. Any thoughts on Terry T's suggestion of pairing them together? Could be a classic pairing.

did you draw that?  It's awesome.  I know it shows your support for Wally, but I think that's really great.
"...Roddy's brother Buddy, he's got a buddy, that works at the 5 and dime, who's Uncle Ron runs a recording studio.  Rod shows up with his six-stringed friend, and a head full of tunes.  Laid down some tracks, and the tape burned like Rock n' Roll fire..."   -Gas Station Dogs

"These Charming Men" made me laugh so hard.

"These Charming Men" & "Flock of Sea-Gals" was hilarious. I think I laughed the hardest when Tom started raging out during his critique, though.

Seconded. I like your profile picture, too.

I was fascinated by Fredericks reaching across the aisle to embrace all of puppetkind, wistfully noting that a lack of a bottom half means that puppets "don't have to deal with lust." There may be a future Lighthouse Confessions moment brewing there.
This may be the year I will disappear.

Did anyone else think this was going to be an R. Kelly reference?

Mike had a good time out in the phone room, judging by his constant laffing. I enjoyed that.

I always like hearing Mike laff, it's good punctuation, especially on heave hos - I don't always hear  unless I"m listening to the podcast later on thru my headphones.

Ha, I am just now listening to the show off of WFMU & I"m nearly at the end ... Mike sounds like he's being transported!

And Tom's dressing down? It reminds me of Bob Odenkirk on Mr Show when he would snap. Love it.

Did anybody else think the inarticulate guy who was trying to tell H-Man to speak with conviction ("like Glenn Beck") last night sounded like Fred from Queens from a few years back? that junkie....I mean, alleged junkie.

Oh, and I love all the SCTV references that have been creeping up recently ... this week it was Tom calling the H-Man Stephen Seely -that made me laugh, and then I think there was a reference to Sid Dithers a few shows back (w/PFT on the phone maybe?) "did you drove or did you flew?"

Awesome!
