That's racist?

You can be a racist and still be a nice dude.

That's racist?

It's a lot more "racist" than "haunted."

I've seen statues made by actual Chinese that look more racially insensitive.

"Actual Chinese?"

If the place is designed to be "scary" and uses a car that looks like something an "actual Chinese" would build without any intention of being scary, is there not something wrong with the equation?

The choice to use a rickshaw driver plays off old American fears of the "mysterious east."

Digging holes? Sounds like material for Depravity's Rainbow.

Dave Willis got it wrong, the breakfast strip club is called CLUB RISQUE. What a dunce.

Cafe Risque.  It's poetical.

There is an epic rant brewing for next week--I hope--if Tom aims his sights on Action Park. I used to go there as a kid, and it all came rushing back to me.

It has the funniest wikipedia entry ever: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action_Park

That Wikipedia entry is made out of awesome:

Quote
The sleds themselves were a large factor in the injuries. A stick that was supposed to control speed led, in practice, to just two options on the infrequently maintained vehicles: extremely slow, and a speed described by one former employee as "death awaits."

Quote
Former park employee Tom Fergus was quoted in an article in the magazine Weird NJ saying that the "skate park was responsible for so many injuries we covered it up with dirt and pretended it never existed."

Quote
While park officials regularly asserted its safety, saying that 90-year-old grandmothers could and did ride it, in the early years of the park the slide was responsible for the bulk of the accidents, injuries, lawsuits and state citations for safety violations.

Quote
One of Action Park's safer attractions was a miniature golf course. Still, the course was known to have problems with snakes due to the nearby wooded area.

There's magic everywhere in that bitch.

It did come up a few years ago on this episode, mixed in with some Great Adventure talk. Therese worked there, apparently, so maybe this is one for the Depravity's Rainbow team?
