It's surprisingly hard to press the phone buttons with my face! I must have been really out of it. Jeepers.
Too soon?

Yabba Dabba WTF?

Wilma's "Find something at the costumers" line at the beginning kinda sounds like Jen Kirkman impersonating her mother.
It's the latest thing to be nowhere. You can turn into the wallpaper.

Mike from Manhattan promising a "Depravity's Rainbow" show theme "once we get our double bass drum pedal fixed" was a scary threat.

"2 Flys Fornicating" would be a good name for a record.

Was Milo, ummmm, inebriated?

"2 Fly, Fornicating" would probably be a terrible record.

Since I have a class at 7:30 this semester, and the show moved an hour later, it's hard for me to hang in, but I did try about 8 - 10 times to call in last night, and never got through. So that's the worst. According to Twitter, it was a tough show for Tom to get through; I am not sure how to read that. But hopeful it went OK after I fell asleep.

Thanks for coming back, Tom, hope it gets easier for you.

"Shoot me a fax" and the conversation with the film snob.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

...conversation with the film snob.

Listening to Tom corner that poor caller into the fool's errand of trying to prove he was not elitist was gold. It's like trying to prove you're not crazy...everything you say suddenly starts to sound crazy.

It was especially great after the other caller didn't take the "All of the Happy Days cast is now dead" bait.

Tom singing the music for the Haunted Hoarder House ("step on a dead cat"). Also: "Ted Leo & the Hamburglars".

Here are screengrabs from the Bowie SNL performances - I posted them on another thread a few months back:

Man Who Sold the World

TVC15

Boys Keep Swinging

If you're interested the episode is from the 4th or 5th season & the host was Martin Sheen.

Both of these made me laugh too.

That guy does deserve props though, he kept his mitts up for a good long while and didn't crumble under the assault.
