The Chris Elliot interview was amazing, i'm a big fan of his and it was great getting some insight into "Get A Life" but for me there were two definitive highlights:

1. Tom announcing the "Rated GG" 7". I am BEYOND excited for this.

and 2. Tom doing his Wally Wackiman impression and saying John Boehner had "a lot of good ideas" was a great laugh out loud moment for me
When I was a kid I wanted to grow up to be a Ghostbuster or a shark. True story

Tom laughing at Mike laughing at Tom berating him. That big laugh is in infectious.

Chris Elliott's idea for a Three Men and a Baby remake.

In thinking about it a little more, Tom saying how unfunny a certain former pop singer turned "comedian" is at the end of the show was completely appropriate, as they are the complete opposite of Chris Elliott - even though he's just one "character" (himself), he's incapable of doing anything without trying to look cool.

I'm a few months behind, but I just listened to the show where Tom used "See you in Hell" as a variation on GOMP/Heave Ho.

I'm guessing it didn't catch on, but I think it should!
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

It does imply that Tom is damned, though.

Listening to the Chris Elliott interview again right now and I'm remembering how much my family actually hated "Get A Life" and complained every time it was on. I am sure that I was a little too young to get everything that was going on with the humor on that show, but was quite fond of it and watched every episode.

Also! I had TOTALLY forgotten about the show BABES. OH MAN!

Are the Eagleheart episodes up on the Adult Swim site by chance? If not, any idea where I can catch up with the first couple of episodes?

I thought the show was called NIGHTINGALES, not BABES.

Geneva,
The first two episodes are up, here: http://video.adultswim.com/eagleheart/index.html

Not sure if they put them up only after the next one airs, or what the schedule is, otherwise, but I would imagine the third one would be up by Thursday's new one, which is going to be a great and laugh filled one, I can guarantee.  Yay for run-on sentences!

Just went on Adult Swim's Eagleheart board, and there were posts for the 12th and then 19th, stating the respective episodes were posted online.  Going by that logic, I imagine the third one will be up on the 26th, a few days after the new one airs, tomorrow, at midnight.  I hope that helps get a little more specific.

Speaking of Spike, can anyone point me towards his first call? I've tried to find it on my own to no avail.

Research conducted last spring/summer for the Trading Cards project indicated that the first Spike call occurred during the 3/2/04 program.
