X / 2.5 = The new Y

X = An age which challenges your sense of identity.
Y = A younger age which doesn't challenge your sense of identity.
That's good, Boog.  I just flipped the 5 upside-down.

KV  was awesome. It's always cool to hear his voice without a ton of reverb. Also I can't wait to hear the Ian Svenonious stories Tom teased at last week.

Spike,

Is that Huey Lewis in your avatar?

No Pet. The guy on the left is the incomparable Richard Roundtree (yes Pets, 'SHAFT' himself). The other guy is the very subject of my Facebook group----John Wesley Shipp (aka 'THE FLASH').

You're half right, Pet. SLJ was the updated 'SHAFT', who was the nephew of the original 'SHAFT'. RR was the original 'SHAFT' in the 1970s.

I, for one, would like to see more use of "babe."

You're right! And thanks for the add to the John Wesley Shipp group, cutie.

Listening to last night's show again - how great would a Ted Leo/AC Newman record be?

Also, they're both better than Mangum in my book.
