Relevant to Tom's pinball/video-game stories (as well as that creepy Magic kid):

BISHOP OF BATTLE - part 1

"The Bishop of Battle" starring Emilio Estevez Sr.'s son from the 1983 movie Nightmares.

For those of you who were wondering what the handsome caller from Newbridge was talking about when he mentioned "The Bishop of Battle"/NIGHTMARES starring Emilio Estevez, incidentally I had posted this video almost a month ago. It's the first part and subsequent parts are also on You Tube.

Tom's obvious love for Donnie Most's cover of this tune.

JAMES FROM SOUTHEAST PA: Quick question, how is my cell phone connection...am I coming in clear?

TOM: It's decent.

JAMES: Is it good enough to go on?

TOM: Mike? A ruling? [LISTENS FOR MIKE] Mike wants you to say, uh, "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy, uh, the lazy dog."

JAMES: Chris Brown jumped over the lazy dog?

TOM: Mike? Mike says you can go forward. He says the audio is of a passable quality.

----------

I also really loved the confusion over how James pronounced "protégé."

"When I tell you there's a monkey, in a pink diaper, hanging out the side of a brown van ... take it to the bank!"

-- This is the greatest quote from a Southern Gentleman since "I don't give a RIP!"
"He didn't sound like a human when I was talking to him ... he sounded like a shape ... what's that shape of that building ... you know, where the Army lives?" -- Bryce, 11/24/2009

Myron Felkerton might be the pen name of Arvydas Sabonis. Now that Sabonis is an NBA Hall of Famer, I'm sure one handsome glance would get him some gourmet hot dogs at Starbucks.

I'd pay for a T shirt with this on it. Who do I send my $$ to?

Can anyone put me in touch with Myron Felkerton? I'd like to find out how to access the "beyond" sector of Bed Bath & Beyond.

How perfect the Alabamy plate has 'ZOO' in it. I nominate 'Monkey (with ID) in pink diaper from Alabama' for Love Hill.

Best quote paraphrased: "I feel kinda bad for saying this, but I'm actually more shocked at the small movie rental store on the right in the background being an operating entity than I am shocked seeing a monkey in a pink diaper off a van."
