There really needs to be a giggle-off between Fred From Honolulu and Andy Kindler. Who has the best giggle in the world, Fred or Andy?

....Just for the record, the woman who played Alice in the "Don't Come Around Here No More" video is Louise “Wish” Foley aka "Wish" Cohen. In 2013 she was living in Houston, Texas according to this interview.
