It's fun.  And good aerobic exercise.

I wrap king size Snicker bars in $20 bills and give them out.

Yesterday I had to call a student into my office and give them a kind of "warning", but my heart wasn't in it.  I was in too much of a good mood, and didn't give myself enough time to come down and be like "Now, here's the way it's gonna be..." so instead I just said something lame like "Let's keep it positive this year" and I think I inadvertently creeped the student out.  Tom's handling of Julie's transgression was even-handed and expert in its execution.

Lots of curve balls last night, like what's-his-face from Port Ritchie. Just when you think the callers have become domesticated, for want of a better word, you get a wild card. DFK also had a strong early call. And AP Mike seems to be growing more volatile with each passing week!

I liked that the guy from New Port Richey (which is actually pretty close to here, and unremarkable) got my name wrong. Still, better than being called "That guy from Florida".

I liked the guy who was talking about the DC Snipers, I hope he calls in again.

I didn't hear what he said, instead of "Samir."  I'll listen again tonight though.  You should go egg a good portion of New Port Richey, you'll probably hit his house.

I was also very glad to hear from Dave from Knoxville again.  I was actually thinking of calling and making an on-air plea for Dave to check in (what can I say?  I like his calls), and whammy, he called in the first hour with a great call like a true SUPER CALLER.

Lots of curve balls last night, like what's-his-face from Port Ritchie.

Listened to it twice and both times sounds like he's saying "New Port Reggie"

Was that Khaela from The Blow at 1:18?  They are Portland-based.  And Khaela has been somewhat spazzy every time I've talked to her.

I kinda think that band got robbed on Smash or Trash.  Is the show too big now for actual small-fry bands to have a fair shot?

tom was right, way worse bands have gotten smash. I called in with a sympathy smash. I really can't judge a band that quickly.
