'Last nights' show was June 1, 2004. There were three separate moments that caused me to literally double over with laughter;

- Playing (I think) The Rockford Files murder music and screaming maniacally to hang up on people who fail to make him laugh
- Tom pretending to be a caller called Joey and repeating 'I like your style' 30 times to a blissfully ignorant Captain Jack
- Doing fake radio static and bad connection hang-ups when a potential bassist for the Medicinal Marijuana says he likes Jaco Pastorius.

Are you referring to a podcast from last week? Because I received no such classic podcast, and wanted one, very much. I went and looked and it doesn't look like their is one.

"Aaagh!! I'm getting it from both sides. It's Creep Stereo! Mike in my left ear, Spike in my right. Eww boy."
"You want me to recognize you and I won't. I won't acknowledge you! I deny you. So you keep begging and begging. The door is slammed on you. I want nothing to do with you. You will die unrecognized by me."

Last night's show was one of my all-time favorites!  Favorite part: the election being called as Tom signs off-- perfect timing!!

Hey man, no, I just listened to this old show because the actual show wasn't on.

Last night's show was a classic.

I liked the part where Obama became the President Elect. The most earnest "Good Guys Win" ever.

And Sarah's call.

No fair!  I'm already all weepy today.  And scarily optimistic.  Hell, I even put an American flag in my window (I had bought it in 2003 to affix to my war-protestin' sign in a cunning attempt to dazzle and confuse the belligerent; never thought I'd have a different use for it).

thank you very much

I am very much on board the Sarah train!

...can anyone think of a less creepy way for me to say that?

Tom description of liberals as perpetual second-guessers and overthinkers.
It ain't ego, it's my love for you.

You could call it the Sarah bandwagon. What you said is not really creepy anyway.

Here's creepy: You look lovely tonight, my dear Emma.

That's creepy. I'm even creeped out.
