I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Shudder To Think.  I still like to pull out Ten Spot occasionally.

I saw both Shudder To Think and NOU at the 930 club in 1990.  Shudder to Think's show was way better.

Was Tiny Desk Unit a Dischord Band?  My pick if so.

Dag Nasty, both incarnations.  There were 2 incarnations, right?
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

Shudder to Think, 'cuz I'm a little fruity ... and also, they were fucking great. They got even weirder when they went major-label. Not necessarily better, but weirder ... and you gotta respect going weird when you go major.

When I briefly volunteered at the UC Berkeley radio station, I reviewed a CD by a band called the Monorchid. I think I liked it, although I can't recall exactly what it sounded like. I'm pretty sure it was on Dischord.

Why are we talking about Dischord bands? Does Dischord still exist?

monorchid was on touch and go though.  similar sounds i guess.

Some of them were in Circus Lupus, who were on Dischord
