I took this photo while leaving school about a year ago.

I guess it was amusing enough to take a picture.

I saw a plate out here once that was driving recklessly and had "DUI" on the license plate.  I can't remember what the other letters/numbers were, but they lead me to believe that this was a vanity plate.  Scary stuff.

On a related note, there's a car I've seen 4 or 5 times around town that has stickers for the Cavemen television series.  I've tried to take pictures with my phone while driving but they never turn out.

My wife, a middle school art teacher, has VIN GO, which I guess only makes sense if you know my last name, which means Tom and Ted and Laurie and Jason Grote and Andy and Gilly and Masterofsparks and at least one person I am forgetting might get it.

Quit braggin that you know all the "famous" FOT, Dave Vingo.

I've been threatening for years to get a plate that says DEF LPRD. Just can't go through with it, though.

I mean, it's gotta be out there already, right?

In Virginia the state must pay you to have a vanity plate.   I think every car has one.
True. They're everywhere here.  One that made me laugh out loud: MMMBOP.

I once saw one that said "FEP 506" ... I've spent years trying to "figure it out", to no avail ...

A friend of mine has a license that is my initials and my birthday. "CMH 716"

At first I was amused, but then I was immediately a bit creeped out.
He's this soulless bastard from Siberia. I once saw him shove Fred Savage's face in a toilet.

I saw this driving home for Thanksgiving: a white, Ford Bronco with the licence plate "NOT OJ".

I saw a license plate that read ASCETIC... on an obnoxiously oversized Lexus suv.
