Yep. Glenn Beck, like Mr. Scharpling, got the phrase from Bob Grant. I believe "The Great One," Mark Levin also uses the phrase GOMP.

Practically every rabid, foaming at the mouth conservative talk show host has ripped off Bob Grant to some degree.
