Yeah, I have weird predilections, crossword puzzles being one of them. This paid off this evening, when I was attempting to (and actually succeeded at) complete(ing)(
) Brendan Emmett Quigley's Wednesday crossword puzzle ... If I hadn't figured out the joke, I would have abandoned the puzzle early on.
