I feel like I should be a lot angrier at these guys than I actually am.

I'm not a conservative/libertarian, but I think that Neal Boortz is an alright guy sometimes.

I tuned into WSB down here in Atlanta so I could hear the whining and whimpering. It delights me so much... I have never heard AM radio sound so defeated since the invention of FM.

What, exactly, is Sean Hannity good at?

What is he supposed to be?

I think he's a life support system for that haircut.
Remember how he couldn't stop his leg?

Some of my "Facebook friends" from high school are posting upside down flags and saying "the Republic died today."

Really, Facebook friends?

And this is hilarious, because I think I'm probably by default one of the most conservative people who posts here and not that enormous a fan of the health care bill.  But Jesus, people.  This is a smaller government program than Social Security, and we've had Medicare for decades now.  Has the Republic fallen?

I can't stand non-snarky hyperbole.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

I think Chris L summed up this issue rather well last night on Twitter:

"Now on to education reform, so that future tea partiers might have a basic understanding of socialism."

I just had a bloodbath of defriending on Facebook. In some cases I considered defriending genuine friends because the friends of said friends were insufferable shrill tools. OK, OK, I get it. 'Maobama'. Hahaha.

I secretly think that Mike is watching Hannity when bad calls accidentally  get through to Tom.

I'm surprise you've even heard of Boortz. He is a local guy and I grew up listening to him considering I was raised as a evangelical conservative homeschooler. I agree, he isn't the worst of 'em but it seems like these shows are becoming increasingly more angry. I'm sure it has something to do with how the entire republican party is becoming more and more extremist with every fox news report.

Oh and on another note:

Adam Baldwin (of Chuck and Firefly) is a staunch supporter of the Tea Party.

I thought his twitter was a joke at first:
http://twitter.com/Adamsbaldwin

but he was a guest on Michael Savage's show last night.

I like how all of his tweets are arguments (and half of those with scare quotes).

It really does make you think that his characters weren't too much of a stretch from the REAL Adam Baldwin.
