Yeah, I bought Police tickets for Wrigley Field and paid $94.00 plus a huge surcharge for shitty seats, and I don't feel a damn bit bad about it.

I own and enjoy Bitches Brew.

Bitches Brew is great, just like countless other jazz records and pretty much every Al Green record from the 70's in my opinion

I watch and enjoy watching tv shows, on the El train, on the 2 inch screen of my I-Pod. It is the only TV time I get any more. It makes me very, very happy.

I kind of like Scrubs!

It's on Fox for an hour at night, and sometimes I keep it on for background sound, and lately I've even been enjoying it. The moral-of-the-story portion of the show is pretty terrible, but some of the jokes make me laugh. so, i kind of like it.

just wanted to share that.

I like Scrubs, too.  I find it easier to just ignore the fact that Zach Braff exists outside of that show.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

I too liked at least the early seasons of Scrubs but Zach Braff seems like he is a bit of a FWD.

My brief addiction to Defamer.com totally deflated my Scrubs-love balloon. Zach Braff is indeed quite douchey, if their, uh, journalistic integrity is to be trusted.

I must admit that I loved this bit from a somewhat recent episode:

I like scrubs okay, but sometimes they give Sarcastic Doctor way too much to say, and it's like "  It's not witty if it takes you 30 seconds to say it."  What's even worse is when they try and make Sarcastic Doctor have feelings.  What's even worse than that is Sarcastic Doctor's hair.

I like:

Certain Christopher Guest movies (Best in Show, Waiting for Guffman, does Spinal Tap count?)
Steak (and other delicious meats)
Pan's Labyrinth
Wet Hot American Summer (and "that whole scene")
Fight Club (although I'm dwindling, but I could still probably watch it a couple more times before I die)
Toilet talk
Porno shows

AWWWW! Kittens!

Sorry to make yet another Buffy reference, but didn't those same adorable little critters make you just love the poker game in season 6?

Regarding Scrubs, I didn't see it till Comedy Central started broadcasting it.  I liked it quite a lot at first, but the various schticks wore thin for me fairly quickly, with Zach Braff's suffering the most, the fastest.

Season 6 had its moments. You know, I can place every single episode in seasons 1 through 3, but everything after season 4 is pretty much a blur. Between Marti Noxon's rape fixation and the magic addiction and the whiny, sucky potentials (except for Millie, of course, she ruled) and the bad badness, well... I try to forget most of it, but I still can't forget how they went from Spike's rape happy moment to a fucking BURGER KING commercial. That's classy, y'all.

That musical episode was pretty fabulous, though. I'll give them that.

Well said.  I pretty  much consider the musical to be the series finale.  Noxon is awful, and most of season 7 was unwatchable.  I love Millie, but I only thought she rocked.  The writing prevented her from ruling.

Oh god, I nearly forgot Dawn! She was awful.

Ugh.

I'm giving Joss Whedon's attempt at "season 8" a try. The first issue was okay. Let's hope it washes away the bad taste season 7 left in our mouths, eh?
