Greetings from Park Slope

...or South Slope, actually. Or Greenwood Heights. Whatever it's called. I live in Brooklyn, but don't make that my point of existence and constantly mention it like the vast majority of people that live here. I work here, too, but hopefully not for much longer.

I've listened to the show for several years now, mostly via podcast or online archives. Now that I've had free time for the past year on Tuesday nights, I've listened live and only recently started to call in. Hopefully I don't sound too timid or anything of the sort on the phone.

I'm happy to be here, though, on the forum, and look forward to contributing to some pretty interesting conversations and whatnot.
