Pictures from this year's Hoof and Mouth Sinfonia Marathon Finale at Maxwells in Jersey City NJ. As always this was a lot of fun.
Tom performed Aerosmith's Back In The Saddle and Black Flag's Nervous Breakdown. He was awesome.

Couldn't listen to the whole thing, but how awesome was Therese?

Therese was great.  And thanks for posting these pics.

I hope Tom takes Tuesday off to rest.  He was screaming it.

Two other songs that blew me away were Keili's Dexys Midnight Runner-LL Cool J mashup and Mac's "Sylvia's Mother".

My internet (and by extension, my streams) were dying off and on at random points, so I missed Billy Jam and most of Terre's GG Allin song. But I did catch a lot of good stuff.

Tom was great, also seconding Mac's Sylvia's Mother as being one of the best. I also really liked the punk block that started with Liz Berg and ended with John Allen, as well as Bill Mac's "Captain Beefheart meets the Ohio Players" take on Hot Head.

I missed the first 2/3 of the thing since I couldn't get there till 10 ... so I missed Therese - since twitter lit up like crazy when she was on I think I should go pull the video of that!

I will say Bennett4Senate was killer - he really topped Rockwell.
Remember how he couldn't stop his leg?

I think Keili stole the show, much like she did last year. I'm a sucker for a live mashup!

Therese, for my money's worth, had her Queen at Live Aid moment. I crossed out Clint Conley and wrote THERESE with a Sharpie in the Signals liner notes.

Here's the playlist and there are links to individual DJ's songs:  http://wfmu.org/playlists/shows/39546

And some commentors to the playlist said the archived video is available here (but it does not work for me, I may not have the proper player):

Tom's smile whilst atop the crowd was literally beautiful.

Thanks, Mr. Blvd.

I think Tom and Terre T closing it out back to back was so great. And Keili's performance was hilarious. I did not expect that when she walked up there.

Mac always does something funny and this year was no exception. His Dr. Hook costume is up there with the time he sang "Limelight" dressed as a clown.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

I didn't see it, but even reading that made me laugh out loud.
