Mustard-based SC barbecue is decent, though inferior to tomato-based western NC barbecue, which is itself vastly inferior to vinegar-and-pepper-based eastern NC barbecue.
And of course, within eastern NC barbecue you have your Kinston fans, your Rocky Mount fans, your Lexington fans and on and on. My favorite is found up near the NC/VA border, but that's where my people are from.
