This is what I was able to glean from tonight's, 9/17/2013, audio collage. I probably missed some stuff:

Frankie Teardrop
Andy Kindler’s Pigpen impression
Clip from “What About Bob?”
Chris Hardwick: “Are there nerds here tonight? Nerds!”
Kelsey Grammar falling/Fraiser theme song
“Sons of Anarchy” theme song
Clip discussing John Lennon’s Lost Weekend
Clip from horrible sitcom “Dads”
“Do you have puppy dogs?”
Ricky Gervais talking about “The Office” & “Derek”
“Loneliness” by the Carpenters
Yes’s “Roundabout”
The whispered “Bayonne”
Kelsey Grammar doing standup
Aerosmith’s “Dream On”
Ice Cube: “You think you colder than me?”, etc.
Ice Cube: “Yeah-Yey”
“Big boys don’t cry. Be quiet” (don't know source)
Chris Hardwick “nerds” montage
Steven Dorff eCig ad
Michael Richards apology from David Letterman Show
Dice quote montage
Call to 101.5: Doug in Dunellen; Tom’s crank call
Chuck Woolery catheter commercial
SPRING BREAAAAAAK
“One Day I’ll Fly Away” by Randy Crawford

I'm pretty sure that in the first or second version of the collage there is a clip of what sounds like Spike calling into a radio station about Heroes & Villains (the song trivia contest- I think his guess was Help Me Rhonda).

This is toward the end of the 8-20-13 collage. I don't think that's Spike. That's not his name, and the voice is directionally correct but not the same.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

What's the violin bed music that was playing in between Porcupine Pie and Frankie Teardrop?
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

“Loneliness” by the Carpenters

It's "Superstar," son.  Sorry to be pedantic!

“Big boys don’t cry. Be quiet” (don't know source)

I think this is from "I'm Not in Love" by 10cc.

Man, this collage.  Good lord.

Man, Tom's Comedy Jam! this collage.  Good lord.
Tom's Comedy Jam! is amazing.  Love it.  It does need to be an LP.  The "Good Lord" from Kelsey after he hits the deck gets me every time.

Sorry. I shouldn't have assumed, and I'm not exactly a Carpenters fan.

Haven't heard it yet, but, I suspect it's the cellos from Street Hassle by Lurid.

“One Day I’ll Fly Away” by Randy Crawford

I finally figured this out last night, with some crowd-sourcing help from twitter. I believe this has been at the tail end of all versions of the collage ... Perhaps signifying a dream of release from the hatepit/nightmare world.

Can't tell for sure, but I believe the rendition Tom is using is Nicole Kidman's from ... wait for it ... MOULIN ROUGE!! This is an extra added bonus for longtime Best Show fans:

June 12, 2001: Tom Continues His Love Affair With Moulin Rouge, And Hot Rockin' Ronny Allegedly Breaks Glen Jones's Record.

June 5, 2001: Tom Interviews "The Creature" From The Band POUT. Tom Also (Unknowingly) Begins His Love Affair With The Movie Moulin Rouge.

Amazing.

A new bit in last night's iteration: The relatively anarchic opening to a very non-anarchic song:

Huey Lewis & The News - I Want A New Drug

Tom has stripped away the last vestiges of my early-90s delusions: Huey Lewis's News and Jane's Addiction are the same band. Or they may as well be.

It sounded like an older version, but the Moulin Rouge version makes more sense.

Y'know what'd be awesome?  If the "90-second piano guy/Italian version of 'Don't Dream It's Over'/drill" Italian-restaurant sound montage from 6/28/2011 eventually made it into Tom's Comedy Jam.

That and Tom doing his beatnik poem "Glutton" from the same episode.  "Ring Dings/Eatin' like a pig/Glutton/Yeaaaah/Hey you/Drive through/Loading up..."
"I came into the room/You didn't know I was The Creature."
